Bio:

Lilianne Ploumen is a Dutch politician of the Labour Party (PvdA). She has been Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation in the second Rutte cabinet since 5 November 2012. She previously was chairwoman of the Labour Party (2007–2012).
