Bio:

Kelly West is a freelance photojournalist and filmmaker based in Austin, Texas. Her work has won a regional Emmy for '50 years ago, UT tower sniper defined mass murder in America' and has been nominated for several other regional Emmy awards. Kelly's work has appeared in Texas Monthly, The New York Times, USA Today, and The Austin American-Statesman.
