Reena Vokoun is an entrepreneur and the founder of Passion Fit, public speaker, writer, media spokesperson, health and wellness expert and activewear designer. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Advertising and Communications from Boston University. She spent several years in Corporate America working in marketing, sales and business development roles for large Fortune 500 and start-up companies such as Google, Yahoo, Reebok, GE, CNET and Grokker, while also being a certified health and wellness professional through the American Council on Exercise and Athletics and Fitness Association of America and an award-winning ESPN Fitness Champion, at the same time. 

Her experiences and witnessing others over the years have shown her how much overwork, stress and a lack of work-life balance can impact your health and life. Therefore, she's passionate about educating others, especially women and helping them take control of their lives in these areas. 

Today, she's an expert on consumer and corporate wellness and works with individuals, companies, non-profits, schools, universities and the media on how to incorporate fitness, nutrition and mindfulness into their lives in order to maximize productivity, create work-life balance and lead a healthy lifestyle. She's also a mom, wife and first generation born Indian-American and has a holistic and unique perspective to help others balance it all.

Her products, services and content for her company, Passion Fit, include online courses, an online boutique, local fitness and dance classes, wellness consulting, speaking engagements and wellness workshops, online videos, a blog, newsletters, social media content and media appearances.

In addition, Reena is an alumni board member and student mentor of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, Women in Management (WIM) facilitator for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, member of the Mountain View and Los Altos Chambers of Commerce and member of the Watermark women’s leadership organization in the San Francisco Bay Area.
