Experienced corporate board director on multiple public, private, advisory and non-profit boards across industries and market capitalizations. Public board roles include Digimarc (Nasdaq: DMRC, digital watermarking technology solutions) and NewAge (Nasdaq: NBEV, organic and healthy products). Founder of Madam Chair group (www.madam-chair.com) of ~70 female Chairs of publicly traded companies.
