Elizabeth A. Corradino is a partner in Moses & Singer’s Entertainment, Intellectual Property and Advertising practice groups. Liz’s diverse entertainment practice focuses on solving the legal and business issues affecting content producers and distributors in all forms of media, including television, motion pictures, theatre, publishing and digital.
Liz assists advertisers, advertising agencies, public relations firms, professional sports leagues and entertainment and media companies with transactions involving all aspects of content creation and exploitation, including rights acquisitions, talent engagement, development and production, and distribution. Liz also counsels clients with respect to the clearance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property and advises individuals and companies on transactions as diverse as sponsorship and endorsement agreements, live events and promotion and experiential marketing.
Liz actively participates in numerous professional organizations such as New York Women in Film & Television, the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Brand Activation Association and is a former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Committee. She also presents programs, authors articles and comments on issues relating to entertainment and intellectual property law.
She has been practicing law at the firm since 1991 after her completion of a clerkship for the Honorable Robert J. Doumar, United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. Liz is rated AV Preeminent® and honored as one of New York's Top Rated Lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell®. Additionally she was recognized as a Super Lawyer in the 2014 Metro Edition of New York Super Lawyers and named the exclusive winner of the Client Choice Award 2015 in the Media and Entertainment category for New York. Liz was selected from among 2500 nominees gathered by legal publishers Lexology and International Law Office, based on actual corporate counsel feedback.
