Bio

Lori E. Lesser is an expert in intellectual property (IP), technology, fintech and privacy matters, including important legal issues and court cases affecting all of the above. She is partner and group head (head of IP transactions group, co-head of privacy/cybersecurity group) in New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and has lead IP counsel in hundreds of mergers and other deals in IP and tech space, counsel clients and handled IP disputes and litigations across all industries. Lori graduated from Harvard and Harvard Law School as an honors graduate. She is a frequent speaker at national tech conferences and has authored industry articles and client memos.
