Lisa has a sixth sense for cultural insights and reveals the untapped career potential of globally mobile professionals. She fosters smooth transitions with pre-departure, post -arrival, and repatriation coaching programs for people in global transition to cope with culture shock and adapt to unfamiliar surroundings.

She’s a member of the Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life Advisory Team where you can listen to her Globalista Gal Minute podcasts on New York’ WOR 710 + iHeart Radio. She speaks to groups and moderates panel discussions including Global Business HR, Duty of Care, SIETAR Europa Congress – Dublin 2017, and Working Mother Magazine Multicultural Women's Conference. Author of numerous business guides and content contributing to intercultural literature including Global Living Magazine, The Greek National Herald, the HuffPost, New Jersey Monthly Magazine, and Welt Publishing Company and has been quoted in Forbes Woman, and PRI’s The World.

Her international experience is based on living and working in Greece as a magazine editor for Greece’s Weekly for Business & Finance and English language instructor; hospitality and journalism in the UK, and in sales and marketing in Spain. She coaches expats to boost job searching, start a new business, or career advancement at a variety of MNC’s including BNP Paribas, Christie’s Auction House, Deutsche Bank Ernst & Young, L'Oréal, Mars, Nestlé, Maybelline, TOTAL, Sanofi, SIRVA, Unilever, Vanguard. She’s guest lectured at the about global business practices and management ethics at the IBM School of Graduate School of Management Nice, France and CUNY Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

Currently, Lisa is writing a culture shock survival guide for American expats abroad, and serves as Cross-Cultural Transition Lead at Globiana, a global relocation platform. She has a BA in English Literature/ French Minor, and continuing graduate work in Applied Cultural Anthropology. She’s a member of the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research and the International Coaching Federation. Lisa is also conversant in basic French, Italian and Greek.
