She counsels businesses on social media strategy, implementation, policy development, and niche campaigns. She blogs on multicultural social media at Technicultr and is a contributor to Mashable, one of the Internet\'s most popular social media blogs.
A nationally-recognized expert on cultural and gender diversity, Jessica is the author of Double Outsiders (JIST Works, 2007), an award-winning look at multicultural women in the workplace. Her work has been featured nationally, including in the Associated Press, MSNBC.com, and Working Mother. She is a frequent speaker on issues related to women, culture, and technology. Previous events include The Conference Board Women's Leadership Conference, Goldman Sachs' Multicultural Women's Exchange Conference, and the Pennsylvania and Texas Conferences for Women.
