Vibrant, humorous and an inspiring speaker on the subject of “Getting the Wallets out of Investor’s Pockets," Jeanne Sullivan is passionate about supporting and connecting the entrepreneur/CEO – especially women (and a few good men). Ms. Sullivan is a sought-after industry speaker on the subject of investing in and building technology companies; she has spoken at more than 100 events and conferences – as keynote or panel member.

Her experience in investing is both long and deep – she has more than 30 years in tech and investing as a partner and founder of a venture capital fund in New York City. Named by Forbes as one of the Women “Changing the World” in her role as influencer - grooming the next generation of female VCs and supporting organizations that foster women and entrepreneurs. Ms. Sullivan has served on the boards of multiple private and two public companies and has extensive experience creating “go to market” plans for expansion stage companies. Her expertise also includes strategy, an understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.

She was part of the founding group for the New York New Media Association Angel Investors Program, one of the first Angel groups in NYC and the predecessor to the current New York Angels. She is active with the Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC) and established the New York area Environmental Entrepreneurs group comprised of business and technology leaders. She serves on the board of the New York Venture Capital Association (NYVCA) and has a passion for supporting and mentoring rising stars as entrepreneurs and investors and is a member of the Astia Board of Trustees (Astia is a global not for profit committed to the success of women high-growth entrepreneurs). She is also active with Springboard, Women in Mobile (WIM), Womensphere, The Pipeline Fund, Golden Seeds and Women 2.0. Ms. Sullivan is also a member of the Leadership Council of the College of Media for University of Illinois.
