She founded three outpatient vascular centers in NJ which have all been successful since 2006 and has been recognized as one of the “champion” physicians in our nationwide group of doctors working in 62 centers. AAC was acquired by Fresenius Vascular Care (FVC) in 2011.

She in the past year has been elected associate regional medical officer and chief medical informatics officer for Fresenius Vascular Care. She also serves on the medical advisory board of FVC, and the corporate medical advisory board for the parent company, Fresenius Medical Care. She thrives on challenges, is a change agent driven to participate in healthcare transformation and is leading many initiatives within FVC. The most notable one, the Vascular Surgery Initiative, is her critical challenge project for her Brown University’s EMHL(Executive Master’s in Healthcare Leadership) master’s program which looks to remodel FVC’s processes to improve the quality, coordination and efficiency of care for our dialysis patients.
