Elizabeth Preza is the managing editor of AlterNet. Previously, she wrote for the RawStory, Mediaite and the National Memo. She’s also had work appear on Salon, Fox News and Reductress and Ravishly, among other sites. She graduated from NYU Journalism in 2014 with a double major in Journalism and Sociology. The daughter of an ARMY nurse mother and Salvadoran immigrant father, Elizabeth is dedicated to a range of political, social and cultural issues.
