Dr. Karissa Thacker is a management psychologist focused on helping executives and organizations reach full potential. She has fostered organizational and employee growth for over 200 of the Fortune 500 companies including UPS, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, General Mills, AT&T, Exelon, and Best Buy Corporation.

She previously worked as a strategic growth initiatives researcher for General Mills. Dr. Thacker also served as a senior consultant for RHR International. Her expertise in executive development, leadership training and cultural assessment provide incomparable acumen into today’s evolving business structures. Her leadership assessment work has placed and developed key executives in the retail, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Dr. Thacker’s insights on the psychology of the workplace have appeared in The New York Times, the Washington Business Journal and various Gannett Company publications. Her research on workplace productivity was recently featured on “Good Morning America” and “20/20.”

Karissa completed a doctorate in psychology at Spalding University in 1996. Dr. Thacker serves on the faculty at the Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware in the area of executive development.
