Dr. Jyoti Mishra is a neuroscientist with expertise in attention, learning and brain plasticity. Her research focuses on engineering and translation of novel neurotechnologies from the lab to the community to serve mental health. These technologies include video games, cognitive training games, mindfulness-based self-regulation apps, and brain computer interfaces.
She co-directs the Neural Engineering and Translational Labs at UC San Diego. Their studies focus on the utility, efficacy and brain mechanisms of digital mental health interventions in diverse neuropsychiatric populations. She carries out studies both locally and globally.
