Dana Bolger is an Equal Justice Works fellow, sponsored by the Art Lerner Memorial Fund, at A Better Balance. A Better Balance uses the power of the law to advance justice for workers, so they can care for themselves and their loved ones without jeopardizing their economic security. Before joining A Better Balance, she clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Dana is a graduate of Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic and the Reproductive Rights & Justice Project. Before law school, she co-founded and served as executive director of Know Your IX, a national youth-led organization empowering students to end sexual violence in their schools.
