Constance "Connie" Hubbell is the president of The Hubbell Group, Inc., a highly respected strategic communications firm and trusted partner to some of the world's most respected brands. With extensive crisis communications expertise, she frequently is a “go-to” resource for law firms seeking to protect and correctly position their clients. Hubbell is considered a crisis management expert having handled a host of very nasty situations including: cyber attacks, data breaches, sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, regulatory sanctions, accusations of fraud, safety violations, environmental contamination and product recalls. She regularly handles delicate communications situations on behalf of the boards of directors of publicly-held companies. Prior to founding The Hubbell Group in 1995, Hubbell was the chief global spokesperson at Fidelity Investments (where she did a variety of live broadcast interviews for media outlets around the globe). Before that, she was the chief spokesperson at Bank of Boston, now part of Bank of America. Earlier, she served as the director of media relations at Hill & Knowlton. She started her career working in politics.
