Cailen Ascher

Cailen Ascher is an internationally recognized marketing expert & yoga entrepreneur. She is the owner & founder of CALM biz (www.CALMbiz.com), through which she teaches business and marketing practices to yoga teachers and budding entrepreneurs.

Cailen combines her marketing and business expertise with her love of yoga, and delivers a unique formula for conducting business with heart and authenticity in the digital age. She has over 400 hours of yoga teacher training from the Yoga Alliance accredited YOGADHARMA program, and also has several years’ experience with business-building, as she launched a number of business ventures prior to the start of CALM biz, including Hired Hosts, a party-service & catering company, and Lifestyle Maven, her first successful blog which resulted in two self-published books, Well-Designed Living and Vegetables & Vodka. She also has professional experience writing marketing copy and spearheading the rebrand for an INC. 500 marketing firm, and also as a lead writer and editor for a top Philadelphia social media marketing company.



Today, she shares her CALM biz teachings in her very popular weekly newsletter, on her blog, which she’s been writing since 2008, via webinars and her YouTube channel, in-person at teacher trainings and workshops, and through one-on-one coaching. Using the very same heart-centered marketing and business practices she teaches, Cailen was able to grow her business, CALM biz, 13-fold in just 9 months’ time, and now teaches and works with hundreds of entrepreneurs and visionaries from all over the globe to help them do the very same for their own businesses.
