Professor Angela Marie Hutchinson is the author of five published books along with an e-Book, “DBA,” that was named by Rolling Out magazine as the go-to guide for entrepreneurs to launch a business in 24 hours. She is also a film producer, casting director, scriptwriter, former talent agent and founder of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Breaking into Hollywood (BiH). Within the BiH umbrella, Hutchinson serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Hollywood & Vine magazine, Executive Director of the Hollywood & Vine Film Festival and Publishing Director of Hollywood & Vine Books. She recently produced and directed the documentary “H.U.S.H.,” about Hollywood’s Uncovered Sexual Harassment.  As a highly sought-after speaker and commentator, Hutchinson is passionate about a range of topics from diversity in the entertainment industry and technical fields, social injustices related to women, the pursuit of artistic careers, and faith-based topics particularly as it relates to the media and the arts. Hutchinson earned her B.S.E. in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Cross-Media Journalism certificate from USC. She resides in Los Angeles with her aerospace engineer husband of 13 years and their three young children.
