Bio:
Grant Shubin is the Deputy Legal Director of the Global Justice Center. Mr. Shubin has expertise in international law and conflict resolution, and has published and spoken on international legal issues ranging from the human rights implications of identity politics and the law governing peace agreements. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings.
