Bio:
Courtney E. Martin is a writer, speaker, and strategist living in Brooklyn. She is the coauthor of Project Rebirth: Survival and the Strength of the Human Spirit from 9/11 Survivors; and author of Do It Anyway: The New Generation of Activists; and Perfect Girls, Starving Daughters: How the Quest for Perfection is Harming Young Women. She is an alumna of WMC Progressive Women's Voices.
