NYC Premiere of D.A. Pennebaker’s “Jane”

The Women's Media Center (WMC) hosted Jane Fonda (WMC Co-Founder), Gabourey Sidibe, Gloria Steinem (WMC Co-Founder), and Marlo Thomas for the New York City premiere of D.A. Pennebaker's (The War Room, Don't Look Back) and Hope Ryden's (Cinéma Vérité: Defining the Moment, A President to Remember) documentary Jane on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at The Paley Center for Media at 8:00pm.

Over 200 friends and supporters joined us for a dynamic conversation about gender, power, and perception. Proceeds from the event benefited our efforts to amplify women's voices and change the conversation in the media.
