A series of panel discussions will reveal innovative strategies to use the evidence base for women's leadership as a starting point to drive change at all levels of decision-making and across sectors. 

The event will include a presentation of the Leadership Index from Gwen K. Young, Director of the Global Women's Leadership Initiative and Women in Public Service Project at the Wilson Center.
